What Is The Best Temperature For Alloy 825 Welded Pipe?
The Alloy 825 welded pipe has excellent mechanical properties and works in temperatures of up to 1000 degrees F. The welded sections are not preferred in pressure-vessel systems. However, they can optimally operate in pressure vessels at wall temperatures up to 800 degrees F.
What Type of Testing Used For ASTM B423 Uns N08825 ERW Pipe
The first type of test of the ASTM B423 Uns N08825 ERW pipe is the appearance test. Here the appearance tests of the welds should meet the requirements. The pipe is then tested for non-destructive testing of straight seam pipes. Furthermore, ray and ultrasonic detection are performed on the pipe. If a pipe passes all these tests, then it is deemed fit to be supplied to our esteemed customers.
